Service integration fail

PSA: The new LJ/Faceborg comment crossposting has a security hole that you could drive a truck through. Comments replying to anyone's protected entries can be cross-posted by the commenter, doing things like linking the OP's real name to their LJ handle (via the link back to the original entry, which is present even for locked posts), and possibly releasing other sensitive information to all and sundry on Faceborg.

Please do not use this "feature", or any similar feature on other services, with respect to anything that I have ever written or will ever write. Thank you.

Conveniences

The list of blogs I tick down every couple of days has become long enough that I don't actually get around to most of them, any more. As a result, I find myself in the market for an RSS reader. Can anyone recommend one? (Requirement: Works with Vista. Would be nice: Free.)

Would those of you who haven't followed my migration to either Dreamwidth or the syndicated feed back to LJ prefer it if I were to periodically post a set of links back to my DW posts? I think that's a decent compromise between automatically crossposting (spammy) and minimizing effort all around.

I'm moving, but you don't have to.

My public posts from Dreamwidth are now syndicated at 403_dw. I'll be posting to there from now on, and those of you who prefer to stick with LJ can comment at Dreamwidth through the magic of OpenID. (If you're concerned about not being able to read my extremely rare locked posts, let me know and I'll be happy to grant access to your LJ account.) I still plan to read LJ, just not to post here or give them money.

If and when I get Dreamwidth invite codes, I'll let you know. In the mean time, a month of paid time over there is $3, and they take paypal.

[WTB] Amulet of Health +2

This morning, I woke up aching all over. By this afternoon, I was feeling sinus and ear pressure on top of it. So far, no fever or cough.

Took decongestants maybe an hour ago. It seems to have made my headache worse.

And of course this is the week wherein Everything Is Due.
